This page provides the written disclosures required for (i) Trial Offers and (ii) Negative Option Features / auto-renewing services offered by DIRECTV.

Definitions

• Trial Offer: A free (or reduced-price) period where you may avoid charges if you cancel by the required time.
• Negative Option Feature / Auto-Renewal: Service renews automatically and you are charged on a recurring basis unless you cancel.

1) Trial Offer Disclosures (if applicable)

Important: Not every DIRECTV offer includes a trial. If a trial is offered, it will be stated during sign-up and in your confirmation.

(a) Financial obligations that may be incurred

If you accept a Trial Offer and do not cancel before it ends, your service will renew automatically and you will be charged the then-prevailing monthly rate for the service you selected, plus any applicable taxes and fees, billed to the payment method on file.

(b) Products for which you may incur a financial obligation

You may incur charges for any DIRECTV products you select as part of your enrollment, which may include:

• DIRECTV packages (Streaming, Satellite, Genre Packs)
• Premium add-ons
• Sports packages
• International add-ons
• Protection Plans
• Leased equipment and related monthly fees (if applicable)
• Fees and other charges (if applicable)

(c) How to cancel the Trial Offer before you incur a financial obligation

To cancel before you are charged, call 800.531.5000.

(d) Calendar date by which you must cancel to avoid charges

If you are eligible for the 5-day free trial (customers without a DIRECTV device), you must cancel by 11:59 p.m. ET on the 5th calendar day after enrollment to avoid being charged.

Example (enrollment on January 30, 2026):

Cancel by February 4, 2026 (11:59 p.m. ET).

(e) Calendar date on which charges begin if you do not cancel

If you do not cancel by the deadline above, your first charge occurs on the next calendar day after the trial ends.

Example (enrollment on January 30, 2026):

First charge date is February 5, 2026.

2) Negative Option / Auto-Renewal Disclosures (applies to most DIRECTV subscriptions)
(a) You will be charged / charges may increase

You will be charged for the product(s) you select. If any trial or promotional period applies, charges may increase after the trial or promotion ends and service will continue at the then-prevailing rate unless canceled.

(b) Charges occur on a recurring basis unless you cancel

Charges occur on a recurring basis (typically monthly) unless you take steps to stop them by canceling.

(c) How to cancel to avoid being charged

To cancel service or stop recurring charges, call 800.531.5000.

Services automatically renew on a monthly basis. Following the conclusion of any promotional term, services will continue at the then-prevailing rate unless canceled by calling 800.531.5000. Promotional pricing, offers, and channel lineups are subject to change. Additional taxes and fees may apply.

Your specific product pricing, including any applicable variations, promotions, or account-based differences, will be disclosed to you by your sales agent prior to completing enrollment.

B) Premium Add-Ons

Subscription automatically renews on a monthly basis. Following the conclusion of any promotional term, services will continue at the then-prevailing rate unless canceled by calling 800.531.5000.

C) Sports Packages

Subscription renews monthly during the current regular season unless canceled and may automatically renew each season at the then-prevailing rate unless you opt out of auto-renewal. Cancel or change auto-renewal preference anytime by calling 800.531.5000. No refunds or credits for any partial-month periods or unwatched content.

D) International Add-Ons

International add-ons (where offered) renew monthly at the then-prevailing rate unless canceled by calling 800.531.5000. Availability and content may vary.

E) Protection Plans

Protection plan: Residential DIRECTV satellite customers only. Requires 6-month initial term, then Plan auto-renews monthly at then-current rate. 30-day waiting period to make claims. Covers repair or replacement of DIRECTV System. Replacement equipment may be new or refurbished. Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Cancel anytime, including within initial 6 months, by calling 800-531-5000 or logging into Account at www.directv.com. May receive a full or prorated refund subject to Plan terms and conditions. Additional restrictions apply. See directv.com/protection for full details, including terms and conditions. PREMIER PLANS: Cover the repair and replacement of other qualifying products. Only certain products eligible for coverage from accidental damage from handling. Replacement equipment may be new, refurbished, remanufactured, or of like kind and quality. $50 deductible applies for repair or replacement on eligible TVs, desktop computers, home theater systems, laptops, tablets, and more. $6,000 aggregate claim limit per rolling 12-month period and $2,000 limit per claim. Limit of one laptop battery replacement annually.

TECH PROTECT: Auto renews monthly at then curr. rate. Cancel anytime. 30-day waiting period to make breakdown and damage claims: applies when you start a new plan, switch plans, or restart after a DIRECTV service pause. Support and troubleshooting available upon enrollment. Pre-existing conditions not covered. $99 Service Fee plus tax for most claims. Per rolling 12-month period one replacement per product category. $2,00 aggregate claim limit. $1,500 limit per claim. DIRECTV devices not covered. Available only to eligible DIRECTV streaming customers. DIRECTV TECH PROTECT PREMIUM includes the same benefits of TECH PROTECT, plus coverage for accidental damage from handling on eligible devices (personal wearables, tablets, laptops, monitors, and PC peripherals). Certain additional fees and charges may apply depending on the products selected and your location. State and local taxes or other governmental fees and charges may apply, including any such taxes, fees or charges assessed against discounted fees or service credits.
