GENERAL TERMS – STREAMING SERVICES

DIRECTV service is subject to Residential Terms of Service, Equipment Lease Agreement, Privacy Policy, and other terms and conditions. You can find these at directv.com/legal/. The account holder must be a residential customer, age 18 or older and located in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S.V.I.). Offer availability may vary by area, residence type, and purchase method.

You'll need a compatible device and internet connection (data charges may apply). We recommend at least 25Mbps internet for the best viewing experience. A valid credit card is required.

Auto-renewal and Pricing:

Service automatically renews each month at the regular monthly price (after any promotional offers end) and will be charged to the payment method on file unless you cancel. Prices shown are for the base package plus a Regional Sports Fee up to $23.99/mo. with the CHOICE package or higher. For customers leasing a Gemini device, prices include a required $10/mo. Gemini lease fee. Each additional device costs $10/mo.

SIGNATURE PACKAGES WITH A GEMINI DEVICE: ENTERTAINMENT $99.99, OPTIMO MÁS $99.99, CHOICE $128.98, ULTIMATE $163.98, PREMIER $208.98 for 2 years. Prices include a required $10/mo. Gemini lease fee. Each additional device costs $10/mo.

SIGNATURE PACKAGES WITHOUT A GEMINI DEVICE: ENTERTAINMENT $89.99/mo., OPTIMO MÁS: $89.99/mo., CHOICE $118.98/mo., ULTIMATE $153.98/mo., PREMIER $198.98/mo. for 2 years.

5-Day Free Trial for Customers WITHOUT a Gemini Device: Your card may have a temporary hold during the trial up to the amount of your selected service. After the trial, your subscription will renew monthly and be charged to your card unless you cancel. Select services do not begin until after the trial. The free trial can't be combined with some other offers. Customers who disconnected DIRECTV service within the previous 12 months, or customers with a leased Gemini device don't qualify for the free trial.

Genre Pack Mini Packs: You'll need to have a compatible base pack: MySports Extra and MyHome Team need the MySports or Duo: MySports +MyNews base pack. My Cinema works with MySports, MyEntertainment, MyNews, Duo: MySports + MyNews or Duo: MyEntertainment + MyNews.

Regional Sports & Local Channels: Channels vary by package and where you live. Your device may need to be in your billing area to watch certain programming. Limits: Some programming may be blacked out in your area. For customers with a Signature Package, select available regional sports are included with the CHOICE package or higher.

Equipment Non-Return Fees: If you have any Gemini devices and cancel service, you must return all leased devices to avoid a $120 non-return fee for each device not returned.

Additional Fees & Taxes: Other fees and charges may apply based on your selections. You will also be charged for any applicable state and local taxes. See directv.com/directv-fees/ for more details.

2-year Price Guarantee: Taxes, extra fees, add-on programming (like premium channels), DIRECTV Tech Protect (www.directv.com/techprotect), equipment lease fees, and one-time charges aren't covered by the two-year price guarantee. Visit directv.com/legal/ or call us for the full details.

$8 off MyEntertainment for 2 months:

By selecting this offer, you agree to the Netflix Bundle Offer Terms and the following: Your Netflix Standard with ads subscription auto-renews monthly at then-current price (currently $8.99/month, plus taxes). Genre Pack subscribers with an active DIRECTV device receive a monthly bill credit equal to the Netflix Standard with ads plan price for 12 consecutive months; thereafter, your subscription continues at full price and DIRECTV will continue charging your payment method on file monthly unless you cancel. Credit requires Genre Pack and DIRECTV device for 12 months; ends early if either is canceled. Cancel Netflix on directv.com starting month 12.
Existing Netflix customers subscribing via DIRECTV must activate the new service to migrate billing to DIRECTV; activation instructions will be emailed. Offer subject to change.

ENTERTAINMENT $104.99/mo., CHOICE $133.98/mo., ULTIMATE $163.98/mo., PREMIER $208.98/mo. for 2 years. After 2 years, continues month to month at then-current prevailing prices unless canceled. Prices reflect base package prices plus one req'd. $10/mo. TV Access fee and, for CHOICE Pkg or higher, a Regional Sports Fee of up to $23.99/mo. (varies by location; May be lower in some areas). $10/mo. for each additional device added to your account and a one-time fee of $49 for each additional Gemini Device. Applicable use tax expense surcharge on retail value of installation, custom installation charges, equipment upgrades/add-ons, and certain other add'l fees & chrgs. $10/mo. Autopay and Paperless Bill Discount:

Must enroll in autopay & paperless bill within 30 days of TV activation to receive bill credit starting in 1-3 bill cycles (pay $10 more/mo. until discount begins). DIRECTV Satellite Svc Terms:

Subject to Equipment Lease & Customer Agreements. Taxes, surcharges, add-on programming (including premium channels), protection plan (www.directv.com/protectionplan), TV access fee, transactional fees, and Federal Cost Recovery Fee are not included in two-year price guarantee.
