    The DIRECTV4Schools program is an easy way for U.S. schools to earn funds for special programs, equipment and events that enrich learning. How it works: DIRECTV will donate $100 to a school of your choice when you order DIRECTV service.     DIRECTV marked the debut of Waiting for Superman, an insightful documentary about the dismal state of U.S. public education system, on DIRECTV CINEMA™ by donating a portion of the rental proceeds to the innovative charity DonorsChoose.org. The donation funded 26 school projects in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math, reaching nearly 4,000 K-12 students.
