Manage contact info in your DIRECTV account profile

Update your DIRECTV STREAM profile

1. Go to your Profile.
2. Under My info, you can update the following:
• Change your password
• Change contact phone number
• Manage privacy preference settings
• Change contact email address
3. Enter your new info and select Save Changes.

Update DIRECTV Satellite profile

1. Go to your Profile.
2. Select My info, you can do the following:
• Change your password
• Change contact phone number
• Manage privacy preference settings
• Change contact email address
3. Enter your new info and select Save Changes.

Heads up: DIRECTV uses your contact email to notify you about paperless billing updates, entertainment package changes, marketing communications, and account alerts.
