Keep your DIRECTV profile current, so you don’t miss monthly payment reminders and more.
Update your DIRECTV profile
- On the Billing & Payments page, go to the Profile tab.
- Select Change next to Recovery email, phone number, etc.
- Click Next to confirm your ID.
- Select the method to receive the one-time code and click Next.
Note: if you do not have an email address or mobile number, click the chat icon at the bottom right of this page to chat with an agent. - Enter the one-time code in the following screen and click Next.
- Review changes in the next screen and click Submit.
Heads up! You can use your recovery email to reset your password or find your user ID.
