Change your DIRECTV package

Don’t want those premium options with your DIRECTV experience? Good news: You can make changes to your subscription anytime.

Here’s How:

  1. Go to directv.com/mycommunity.
  2. Select Sign In located at the top right hand side menu.
  3. Select Account Overview, from the drop down and sign in to your account.
  4. Select TV Package under My TV Service.
  5. Select your packages and/or Cloud DVR options, then follow the prompts.
  6. Select any Add-Ons, then follow the prompts.
  7. Review your changes.
  8. Follow the prompts to finalize your transaction.
