View and manage your DIRECTV devices

Find out which DIRECTV receiver models you have and how to manage certain device settings.

Here’s How:

  1. Go to directv.com/mycommunity.
  2. Select Sign In located at the top right hand side menu.
  3. And then select Account Overview, from the drop down and sign in to your account.
  4. Select Manage devices under My devices.
  5. Select +Add A Device and follow prompts.
  6. Once done, select Complete Order.
