Check your reward status

Within six weeks of activating and maintaining your service, you’ll receive an email or letter with instructions on how to redeem your reward. You can track the status of your reward any time.

DETAILED STEPS

To track the reward status

  1. Go to the DIRECTV Reward Center.
  2. Select Access your rewards.
  3. Enter your Claim number or Account number.
  4. Select Access your rewards.
