- Sign into your DIRECTV account using your user ID and password.
- Select the Forgot Password on the sign in screen if password needs to be reset.
- Click the Restart Subscription.
- Review the monthly charge and bill cycle date.
- Select OK in the next screen to restart subscription.
- Select Close on the confirmation screen. An email confirmation will be sent.
Heads Up! If an error occurs at any point, try the above steps again and if error continues, sign out of the account, clear cache, and cookies, and then sign back in.
