View your monthly bill
- On the Billing & Payments page, select View Bill to view your current balance, payment due date, and the amount of the last payment received.
- Select Billing History to view up to 24 months of recent bills
Make payment online
- Go to Billing & Payments.
- Enter the desired amount for your payment.
- Select the calendar icon to enter the payment date.
- Select one of the following saved payment methods:
- Checking/savings account—enter your bank’s routing number and account number.
- Credit/debit card
Note: You can add or update your payment method at any time. Under the Payment Method section, select the Add or Change button next to the payment method (for example bank account, credit/debit card) you want to manage. - Alternatively, you can choose to make a one-time payment method using an unsaved payment method option.
- Review your information and select Pay Bill to complete.
Good to know:
You can update your payment method anytime. Under the Payment Methods section, select Add or Change next to your bank account, or credit, or debit card. To make a payment without signing in, visit Pay without signing in and select DIRECTV. Although split payments are no longer supported, if your account is in good standing, you can still make partial payments using multiple payment methods.
Note: AT&T will continue to accept and process payments for DIRECTV goods and services on DIRECTV's behalf.
Enroll and manage autopay and paperless settings
- On the Billing & Payments page, select the Payment Settings tab.
- To sign up for autopay, go to the Autopay Settings section, select Sign up, select a payment method, and select Enroll.
- To update the autopay payment method, select Change.
- To update the autopay date, select Change. Note: The option to change your autopay date may not be available for all accounts.
- To cancel autopay, select Cancel.
- To sign up for paperless billing, go to the Paperless Settings, review your email address on file, and select Sign up.
- To cancel paperless billing, select Cancel.
- To update your email address, go to the Profile page.
