Fix an Unable to Connect error

If you see error code 630, your DIRECTV Gemini Device is unable to connect to your Wireless Video Bridge. To troubleshoot, try the following:
  • Make sure your main receiver and Wireless Video Bridge are powered on and connected to your home internet.
  • Check for the green light on your Gemini Device. If it’s not green, move the Gemini Device closer to the Wireless Video Bridge equipment.
  • Select Try Again on-screen for another attempt to connect.
