AMC+ through DIRECTV

AMC+ through DIRECTV offers award-winning series and popular movies, to essential horror, acclaimed comedies, true crime, and more. Includes an extensive collection of on-demand content and live programming.

DIRECTV offers access to AMC+ as follows

AMC+ Premium (no ads)

• Available as an add-on for Satellite and streaming customers with some exceptions:
  • Customers who stream DIRECTV on Signature packages and who pay by Roku cannot add AMC+ Premium through DIRECTV.
  • Genre Pack customers who also pay by Amazon, Roku or Google, cannot add AMC+ Premium through DIRECTV.

AMC+ (with ads)

• AMC+ (with ads) is included at no extra cost with the MyEntertainment Genre Pack. Not currently available as an add-on to other base packages. 

Satellite customers:  to access on-demand content requires an internet connected HD-DVR, while the AMC+ live programming included with the add-on does not require an internet connected device.

If you sign-up for AMC+ through DIRECTV, it won't automatically replace any existing AMC+ subscription you might have. To avoid additional charges, you'll need to cancel your existing AMC+ subscription.

Order AMC+ Premium (no ads) through DIRECTV

• Sign-in to your account and go to My TV Package
• Locate AMC+, select Add, and follow the prompts.
• The monthly charge auto-renews through DIRECTV at the current monthly rate, and you can cancel anytime.
• MyEntertainment customers with AMC+ (with ads) included in their Genre Pack can upgrade to order AMC+ Premium (no ads) at a discounted rate.

Ways to watch AMC+ through DIRECTV

• Whether you have AMC+ Premium or AMC+ with ads you don't need a separate AMC+ account or additional sign-in to access programming.
• AMC+ live programming included with both AMC+ Premium or AMC+ with ads is on channel 557 in your guide.
• Customers with Satellite receivers, you'll find AMC+ on demand content on channel 1557 in your guide (internet connected HD-DVR required).
• Streaming customers without a Satellite dish, you'll find AMC+ on your Gemini or compatible device under the On Demand menu, select Networks, locate and select AMC+.
• All customers, including Satellite, with an AMC+ subscription can access programming on the DIRECTV app or on directv.com under the On Demand menu, select Networks, locate and select AMC+.
• You can also download the AMC+ app or watch on amcplus.com.

Heads up: Not all On Demand content can be played immediately. It's subject to network availability. AMC+ Premium and AMC+ with ads through DIRECTV does not provide access to AMC, BBC America, Sundance TV, or IFC channels
