Enroll in paperless billing

Check to ensure you have an updated email address on the Account Overview page - under My Info. 

 

1. Go to Billing & Payments.
2. Select Payment Settings. (If you don’t see Payment Settings, select Manage Account.)
3. Choose Enroll Now under Paperless Billing.
4. Review the Terms & Conditions and select Enroll in Paperless Billing. You’ll receive an email confirming your enrollment.

Benefits include:

• Instant bill access.
• Secure billing.
• Email alerts.
• Access to past statements
• No waiting on the bill to arrive in the mail.
• No changes to how you pay.

Good to know:

• If you don’t have a directv.com account, create one now.
• You can enroll in AutoPay in the same area. Learn more about AutoPay.
• Go to the Pay My Bill tab anytime to view, print, or download your billing statements for up to 24 bill periods.
• If you stop paperless billing, you'll start getting your monthly bill through U.S. mail within 1- 2 bill periods.
