Sometimes we collect personal information when you’re acting on behalf of a company, for example as an employee, agent, or contractor, doing business with DIRECTV. To make a request related to personal information collected in that context, the appropriate company should submit the request on behalf of its personnel as described below. We do this to verify identity and relationship with the applicable company.
To submit a request related to personal information we may have collected from your company, please have your company email its DIRECTV account manager with the request, along with a copy sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
California residents who wish to submit a consumer request, may do so through the DIRECTV Consumer Privacy Portal.
Current and former DIRECTV employees, contractors, or applicants who are California residents may submit an employee request through the DIRECTV California Employee Privacy Portal.
