<h3>You can search for, rent, buy, and playback ordered titles from your Genie with an HD DVR, Gemini, Genie Mini, or Genie Lite with HD DVR Kit (HR54 required for 4k) so long as it&#39;s connected to the internet.</h3>

<h3>Playback your DIRECTV purchases or rentals</h3>
<ul><li>Locate purchased or rented titles for playback in <strong>My Library </strong>under<strong> Purchases </strong>or in your<strong> Playlist </strong>on your DIRECTV device, at directv.com or in the DIRECTV app.</li><li>The DIRECTV app on a compatible device must be registered while connected to the same internet network as your Gemini or Genie HD DVR.</li><li>Purchases can only be streamed to your personal computer and cannot be downloaded.</li><li>There is no limit to the number of purchases you can store in the cloud.</li><li>The number of purchases that can be downloaded to your device is limited to the available storage space (a minimum connection speed of 750Kbps is required for download, 2Mbps or higher is recommended)</li><li>You must be an active DIRECTV subscriber to watch your purchased or rented titles.</li><li>You&#39;ll no longer have access to your titles if your service is disconnected, even if you return as a customer in the future.</li><li>If you linked your DIRECTV account to Movies Anywhere, you may also be able to access eligible purchased from your Movies Anywhere account. <p><strong> Is content available in SD, HD or 4K?</strong></p>
<ul><li>Content is available in HD. A limited selection of content is also available in 4K.</li><li>For mobile and computer resolution can be affected by multiple factors, including the quality of the internet connection and device screens used. So, while a specific resolution cannot be guaranteed, video optimization technology is used to provide a better experience, and content is commonly viewable in 1080p.</li><li><strong>Heads up: </strong>4K requires a Genie HD DVR (model HR54 or later) and a DIRECTV 4K Ready TV, or a 4K TV connected to a 4K Genie Mini or Gemini. <ul><li>Explore available titles under the <strong>Video Store</strong> section of the main.</li><li>You&#39;ll also see recommendations on the <strong>Home Screen</strong>, or under <strong>On Demand </strong>section of the main menu.</li><li>Titles available to purchase or rent have a “$” shown underneath the title.</li><li>Looking for a specific title? You can <strong>Search</strong> by entering keywords or use the voice feature on the remote.</li><li>If you’re looking for a specific episode of a series, search results include the ability to navigate through all available episodes of that series.</li><li>Results may include what&#39;s available via DIRECTV as well as subscription services such as Apple TV, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Max, Paramount+, and Disney+ (requires separate subscription and sign-in).</li><li>If the title is available on more than one service, all watching options are shown.</li></ul>
<h3>Playback your DIRECTV purchases or rentals </h3>
<ul><li>You&#39;ll find your purchases or rentals in <strong>My Library </strong>under<strong> Purchases </strong>on your Gemini device or supported compatible device.</li><li><strong>Bought</strong> titles: remain in your video library for as long as you remain a DIRECTV subscriber (you have 60 days to cancel an unviewed title and get a refund).</li><li><strong>Rented</strong> titles: you have 30 days from the date of your rental to begin viewing the title (you have 30 days to cancel an unviewed title and get a refund).
<ul><li>Once you start watching a rented title you have 48 hours to finish watching (on rare occasions 72 hours).</li></ul>
</li><li>If your service is disconnected, you&#39;ll be able to access your purchases if you sign-in to MyFree DIRECTV with the same User ID and password.</li><li>If you pause your service your purchases will be available after your pause is finished.</li><li>If you linked your DIRECTV account to Movies Anywhere, you may also be able to access eligible purchased from your Movies Anywhere account. <h3>Parental Controls</h3>
<ul><li>Parental controls do not stop purchases; they prevent playback if the title exceeds the rating allowed by the viewer.</li><li>To set parental controls on your Gemini go to <strong>Settings</strong>, select <strong>Preferences</strong>, select <strong>Parental Controls.</strong></li><li>Gemini’s parental control features do not apply to third-party streaming apps (like Netflix, Hulu, etc.). Check with the individual services for parental controls.</li></ul>
<h3>View and manage charges for titles purchased or rented through DIRECTV</h3>
<ul><li>To view your purchases and rentals, go to <strong>Account overview</strong> &gt; <strong><a href="https://directv.com/login" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Billing &amp; Payments</a> </strong>and <strong>Purchases and Rentals</strong>.</li><li>Purchases and rentals are charged immediately to your payment method. They are not applied to your monthly statement.</li><li>If eligible, you may see the option to cancel unviewed titles for a refund to your payment method. Every financial institution is different, so when you see the refund may vary.</li></ul>

<h3>Playback your DIRECTV purchases or rentals </h3>
<ul><li>You&#39;ll find your purchases or rentals in <strong>My Library </strong>under<strong> Purchases </strong>on your Gemini device or supported compatible device.</li><li><strong>Bought</strong> titles: remain in your video library for as long as you remain a DIRECTV subscriber (you have 60 days to cancel an unviewed title and get a refund).</li><li><strong>Rented</strong> titles: you have 30 days from the date of your rental to begin viewing the title (you have 30 days to cancel an unviewed title and get a refund).
<ul><li>Once you start watching a rented title you have 48 hours to finish watching (on rare occasions 72 hours).</li></ul>
