Pay DIRECTV bill online at directv.com

  1. Go to Account Overview or  Billing & Payments.
  2. Select the Pay Bill button.
  3. Select the calendar icon to enter the payment date.
  4. Select one of the following saved payment methods:
    • Checking/savings account—enter your bank’s routing number and account number.
    • Credit/debit card
      Note: You can add or update your payment method at any time. Under the Payment Method section, select the Add or Change button next to the payment method (for example bank account, credit/debit card) you want to manage.
  5. Alternatively, you can choose to make a one-time payment method using the unsaved payment method option.
  6. Review your information and select Pay Bill to complete.

Good to know:
You can update your payment method anytime by going to the Payment Method section and selecting Add or Change next to your bank account, or credit, or debit card. To make a payment without signing in, visit Pay without signing in and select DIRECTV. Although split payments are no longer supported, if your account is in good standing, you can still make partial payments using multiple payment methods.

Note: AT&T will continue to accept and process payments for DIRECTV goods and services on DIRECTV's behalf. 

Pay DIRECTV by phone

  • Call 800.531.5000 and say “make a payment” when prompted to pay using our automated system.
  • When making a payment with an agent a one-time processing fee of $5 may apply.

Pay by USPS mail
Send a check or money order in the pre-addressed envelope included with your monthly statement. If you don’t have the pre-addressed envelope, mail your payment (including your 9-digit DIRECTV account number) to:

Internet connection (No satellite)

Autopay and paperless settings are automatically enabled for customers streaming over the internet. Your card on file will be charged each month for hassle-free payments. You cannot cancel autopay or paperless billing. However, you can update your autopay payment method and paperless billing contact email. To update your autopay payment method, go to your Account Overview page and select Payment Methods. To update your paperless billing contact email, select Profile.
