Find your Disney customer number by logging in to your directv.com account.

If you signed up for a DIRECTV Signature Package or Genre Pack that includes a Disney streaming service (Disney+, Hulu Bundle, ESPN Unlimited), you may need this customer ID when contacting customer support.

To access your Disney customer number:

  1. Go to TV Package.
  2. Select Disney Customer Number.
