<h3>You can search for, rent, buy, and playback ordered titles from your Genie with an HD DVR, Gemini, Genie Mini, or Genie Lite with HD DVR Kit (HR54 required for 4k) so long as it&#39;s connected to the internet.</h3>

A limited selection of content is also available in 4K.</li><li>For mobile and computer resolution can be affected by multiple factors, including the quality of the internet connection and device screens used. So, while a specific resolution cannot be guaranteed, video optimization technology is used to provide a better experience, and content is commonly viewable in 1080p.</li><li><strong>Heads up: </strong>4K requires a Genie HD DVR (model HR54 or later) and a DIRECTV 4K Ready TV, or a 4K TV connected to a 4K Genie Mini or Gemini. <h3>Playback your DIRECTV purchases or rentals </h3>
<ul><li>You&#39;ll find your purchases or rentals in <strong>My Library </strong>under<strong> Purchases </strong>on your Gemini device or supported compatible device.</li><li><strong>Bought</strong> titles: remain in your video library for as long as you remain a DIRECTV subscriber (you have 60 days to cancel an unviewed title and get a refund).</li><li><strong>Rented</strong> titles: you have 30 days from the date of your rental to begin viewing the title (you have 30 days to cancel an unviewed title and get a refund).
<ul><li>Once you start watching a rented title you have 48 hours to finish watching (on rare occasions 72 hours).</li></ul>
</li><li>You must be an active DIRECTV subscriber to watch your purchased or rented titles, if your service is disconnected, you&#39;ll no longer have access to your titles, even if you reconnect later.</li><li>If you pause your service your purchases will be available after your pause is finished.</li><li>If you linked your DIRECTV account to Movies Anywhere, you may also be able to access eligible purchased from your Movies Anywhere account. <h3>Parental Controls</h3>
<ul><li>Parental controls do not stop purchases; they prevent playback if the title exceeds the rating allowed by the viewer.</li><li>To set parental controls on your Gemini go to <strong>Settings</strong>, select <strong>Preferences</strong>, select <strong>Parental Controls.</strong></li><li>Gemini’s parental control features do not apply to third-party streaming apps (like Netflix, Hulu, etc.). Check with the individual services for parental controls.</li></ul>
<h3>View and manage charges for titles purchased or rented through DIRECTV</h3>
<ul><li>To view your purchases and rentals, go to <strong>Account overview</strong> &gt; <strong><a href="https://directv.com/login" target="_blank">Billing &amp; Payments</a> </strong>and <strong>Purchases and Rentals</strong>.</li><li>Purchases and rentals are charged immediately to your payment method. They are not applied to your monthly statement.</li><li>If eligible, you may see the option to cancel unviewed titles for a refund to your payment method.
