New to DIRECTV STREAM and want to get started? Follow these steps:

1. Sign up and create an account
   • Need to sign up? Order DIRECTV STREAM online.
   • If already signed up, check for a DIRECTV Welcome email.
   • Didn’t get the DIRECTV Welcome email? Simply go here to register your account.
   Heads up! If you’re a returning customer and have forgotten your user ID and/or password, follow these steps here.
2. Download the DIRECTV app.
3. Connect your DIRECTV STREAM device. Follow the steps to set up your DIRECTV STREAM device & remote.
4. Now, stream and watch your favorite shows!

Here are some tips to get you started on your entertainment journey and to quickly set you up to stream your favorites – almost anywhere!

• Get info on compatible devices & browsers for DIRECTV STREAM.
• Find out how to enable parental controls.

Watch Live TV – Access all your live channels by accessing the Guide on the top bar menu or pressing the Guide button your DIRECTV STREAM remote. Choose Watch Now to access the last fifteen channels you’ve enjoyed.

Customize Your Watch Experience – Pick your favorites and set your guide to only display what you want. You can also Bookmark titles to watch later. To find the shows and movies bookmarked as well as your DVR recordings, go to the My Library tab.

On Demand – Discover thousands of free shows and movies in the On Demand tab. Once it learns what you like, titles will be recommended for you.

Record with cloud DVR – Too busy to watch? Set your cloud DVR to record and watch when you want.

In App Purchase (IAP) are now supported for Amazon and Roku through Fire TVs and Roku Players. Here’s how you can add the DIRECTV App.

Amazon Fire TV

1. Press the Home button on your remote (if you are not already there).
2. Select Find.
3. Select Search and enter DIRECTV STREAM.
   • Navigate down to select DIRECTV STREAM (you should see it before you finish typing).
4. Select the DIRECTV STREAM icon.
5. Select Download to begin download.
6. Once the app downloads, click Sign Up and follow the instructions.

Roku

1. Press the Home button on your remote (if you are not already there)
2. Press left on the directional pad to get to the left sidebar
3. Select Search and enter DIRECTV STREAM
4. Add Channel - Roku will download DIRECTV STREAM and add it to your home screen
5. Once the app downloads, select Sign Up and follow the instructions
