Watch DIRECTV STREAM using Chromecast

Make sure you have:

• Compatible Chromecast device or TV with Chromecast built-in
• iOS^® or Android^® phone or tablet
• DIRECTV app
• DIRECTV STREAM account
• Google Home app and a Google account
• Secure Wi-Fi^® connection

Then, start casting!

1. Connect your TV and mobile device to the same home Wi-Fi network.
2. Open the DIRECTV app on your mobile device.
3. Select the show you want to watch.
4. Tap the home screen and then the Cast icon.
5. Choose the TV or device you want to cast to.

Important: When you set up your DIRECTV STREAM device at home, that location becomes the residential, non-mobile internet network associated with your device. This is called your home Wi-Fi network. Accessing the DIRECTV app with Chromecast will also be limited to your home Wi-Fi network. You can change your home Wi-Fi network up to 4 times within a 12-month period by relocating your DIRECTV STREAM device.

• Secure Wi-Fi connection
• DIRECTV STREAM account

Then, start casting!

1. Connect your computer and TV to the same home Wi-Fi network.
2. Go to DIRECTV STREAM in your Chrome^® browser and sign in.
3. Select Tools (the 3 vertical dots) at the top-right corner of the browser.
4. From the dropdown menu, select Cast.
5. Choose the TV or device you want to cast to.
