If you experience buffering while streaming the DIRECTV App or the app repeatedly closes or crashes, try the following tips:
- Check your Wi-Fi connection for stability.
- Check for updates to the app in your App Store. If an update is available, install it and restart the device.

- Close out and restart the DIRECTV App.
- Restart your device.
