Welcome to an enhanced account management experience at directv.com. For customers with a myAT&T user ID, you will now be able to sign in to directv.com with your user ID and password to manage your DIRECTV account. Please see below for some important FAQs.
Can I sign in at directv.com (or att.com) with my myAT&T user ID?Yes. Your login is accepted at directv.com or myAT&T in order to review or manage your DIRECTV account.
Why am I receiving emails from AT&T when I make account changes?We are still in the process of updating our systems so you may receive messages from both AT&T and DIRECTV until the updates are complete. You can continue to make changes to your account on either website, but some e-mail confirmations may still be branded by AT&T.
If I make a change on directv.com (or att.com), will the change go through?Yes, you can make changes to your account on either directv.com or att.com.

How can I manage my contact preferences?To manage your profile and preferences, sign in at
directv.com/AccountOverview and go to
Manage Profile.
Improved account management experience
There are three main areas: Account Overview, Billing & Payments, and Profile. Learn more about each section and where to go for key account related updates or changes.
Overview – Provides a general snapshot of your account. From here, you can:
- See your current account balance, view your bill, and make payments
- Review your current programming package, make programming package changes, and add or remove premiums and sports channel options
- Review your equipment details, refresh your receiver, add a new remote or receiver, view your orders and service call history, and troubleshoot equipment
- Link to Support Center for any additional info about your service & troubleshooting error codes and messages
Billing & Payments – From this tab, you can:
- Make a payment, view current billing statement, and review up to 24 months of previous bills
- Update paperless billing & automatic payment settings
Profile – Your contact info lives here. In this area, you can:
- Change your user ID / email address
- Change your password
- Update contact phone number
- Manage parental controls & privacy
