Get info on how to make common and important updates to your account.


Improved account management experience

There are three main areas in your account: Account Overview, Billing & Payments, and Profile. Learn more about each section and where to go for key account related updates or changes.

Overview – Provides a general snapshot of your account. From here, you can:
  • See your current account balance, view your bill, and make payments
  • Review your current programming package, make programming package changes, and add or remove premiums and sports channel options
  • Review your equipment details, refresh your receiver, add a new remote or receiver, view your orders and service call history, and troubleshoot equipment
  • Link to Support Center for any additional info about your service & troubleshooting error codes and messages

Billing & Payments – From this tab, you can:
  • Make a payment, view current billing statement, and review up to 24 months of previous bills
  • Update paperless billing & automatic payment settings

Profile – Your contact info lives here. In this area, you can:
  • Change your user ID / email address
  • Change your password
  • Update contact phone number
  • Manage parental controls & privacy

Create a account and sign in

If you already have a account, sign in to manage your account. You can view and pay bills, make changes to your service, update your account profile, and much more.

Heads up: If you were assigned a myAT&T user ID when you signed up for DIRECTV service, you don’t need to create a account. To create a user ID for
  1. Go to Create your account.
  2. Enter your DIRECTV account number, phone number on account, and last name.
  3. Select Continue.
  4. Enter a password, follow additional prompts, and Submit.

Tip: You’ll use this same user ID and password to stream on the DIRECTV App.
