Manage billing contact info in your directv.com account

Access your directv.com account to make changes to your contact email, billing address, payment info, and more.

Update Account Info

Need to update the contact info for your directv.com account?

  1. Sign in at directv.com.
  2. Select Profile and choose from the following:
  • Change contact phone number
  • Change my password
  • Change contact email address
  • Manage parental controls
  • Manage data consent settings
  1. Enter your new info and select Save Changes.

Update Billing Info

  1. Go to Billing & Payments.
  2. Select Settings and choose from the following:
  • Change billing address
  • Update credit card/banking info on file
  • Manage AutoPay settings
  • Manage Paperless Billing settings
