Change your user ID or login password

Change your login password:

1. Sign in at directv.com.
2. Select Profile.
3. Select Change next to Password and enter your new password, and confirm it.
4. Select Save.

Change your user ID (email address):

1. Sign in at directv.com.
2. Select Profile.
3. Select Change next to your user ID and enter your desired email address.
4. Select Send code for verification.
5. Select Save.

Heads up: You’ll also use this updated user ID or password in the DIRECTV App.
