- Sign in to your directv.com account.
- Review the details of your upcoming appointment: Date, time and approximate duration, your technician’s arrival window, and appointment status.
- Need to reschedule or cancel your appointment? No problem – just select the associated link.
To receive reminders, sign up for Appointment Alerts. We’ll text or call you with a reminder on the day of your appointment. We’ll also let you know when your tech’s due to arrive.
Good to know:
- If you have multiple DIRECTV appointments, the first one scheduled will display in the Appointment Tracker. Once it completes, the details of your next appointment will display.
- If you have multiple accounts, select the account associated with the appointment.
