921 - This TV does not support viewing programs in 4K format. Please watch this program on a DIRECTV 4K Ready TV
To watch 4K on DIRECTV, you need the following:
Note: If you have a DIRECTV 4K Ready TV and set it up as the primary TV in your Whole Home network, we strongly recommend that you connect your Genie HD DVR to a secondary 4K TV. You will not be able to enjoy DIRECTV 4K programming on the DIRECTV 4K Ready TV if it’s connected to the Genie HD DVR.

To watch 4K on DIRECTV, you need the following:
- An Internet-connected Genie HD DVR (Model HR54 and above).
- A DIRECTV 4K Ready TV or a compatible 4K TV connected to the latest 4K Genie Mini.
- Select and above DIRECTV package or Mas Latino and above En Español package.
