Error code 722 indicates that your DIRECTV receiver may not have the programming information for the channel you're trying to view.

You can fix many issues by refreshing your receiver. Still seeing the error message? Try resetting your receiver.

Reset your receiver

  1. Unplug your receiver's power cord from the electrical outlet.
  2. Wait 15 seconds.
  3. Plug it back in.
  4. Press the Power button on the front panel of your receiver.
  5. Wait for your receiver to reboot.
  6. Refresh your receiver again.
