DIRECTV error code: 752

Error code 752 means there might be a problem with your receiver's access card.

Refresh your service

Usually error code 752 can be resolved by refreshing your receiver.

If this doesn't solve the problem, it means that an expired access card has been inserted in your receiver. If you have another access card, follow the steps to insert in your receiver.

Insert new access card

  1. Open the access card door on the front panel of your receiver and remove the access card. On some receiver models, the access card slot is on the right side of the receiver.
  2. Insert another access card. The chip should be facing down with the logo or picture facing up.
