You're seeing this message because your account payment is past due and services have been reduced to a minimum level.


Restore your DIRECTV service

When your account payment is past due, an on-screen message appears: To pay your bill, see or call 800-531-5000, ext. 203.

To resolve this issue and restore full DIRECTV service, please pay the outstanding balance. Learn how to view and pay your bill.

Restoring service

If your service is not restored within two hours of making a payment, try the following:

Restart your DIRECTV receiver
Refresh your DIRECTV receiver
