Watch movies and shows online

With DIRECTV, you can watch TV anytime and almost anywhere.
  1. Sign in to DIRECTV entertainment with your ID and password.
  2. Select Watch Online.
  3. Browse available titles and make your selection.
If this is the first attempt to stream, you may be prompted to install the DIRECTV Player. Follow the prompts to complete the download and refresh your browser to start watching.

Heads up: If you see an Activate now or Upgrade button, you don’t subscribe to the channel airing the program you selected. Follow the on-screen prompts to subscribe or select another channel or title.

Computer requirements

To watch DIRECTV online, your computer must meet these requirements for PC and Mac.

PC requirements

Windows10, using the following browsers:
  • Chrome (version 59.0.3071 or higher)
  • Microsoft Edge (version 79.0.309 or higher)

Mac requirements

Mac OS 10.14.x (Mojave), plus one of the following browsers:
  • Safari® (latest version)
  • Chrome (version 70.0.3538 version or higher)
