You can quickly and securely order a new or replacement remote control at directv.com.
- Go to the Remotes page. Sign in with your DIRECTV user ID & password, if not already logged in.
- Select Purchase for your remote type.
- If prompted by the Remote Control Help tool, select Get started.
- Select Troubleshoot for help with your remote.
- Select Replace a remote to order.
- Select Order online.
- Select Purchase > Review Changes.
- Accept terms and conditions and select Place Order.
