Within six weeks of activating and maintaining your service, you will receive notification via email or letter with instructions on how to redeem your reward. You can track the status of your reward any time.
- Go to the DIRECTV Reward Center.
- Select Access your rewards.
- Enter your Claim number or Account number.
- Select Access your rewards.
