Fix connection errors on Gemini device

If you see error codes 215, 216, 217, 218, or 219, your Gemini receiver/device is no longer connected or receiving signal. Learn more about these errors below including troubleshooting steps.


Enabling Android developer options

Android developer options are an additional set of features intended for users who develop applications on the Android platform.

Enabling these options potentially introduces security vulnerabilities and for this reason, this menu is turned off by default.

For users who wish to enable these options, please send a request to DevOptionRequest@att.com. Due to the security implications of these options, users will lose access to the DIRECTV content delivered by their receiver. Once enabled, this feature cannot be disabled and DIRECTV satellite content cannot be re-enabled on the Gemini device.
