Reconnect your DIRECTV STREAM

DIRECTV STREAM (formerly AT&T TV) subscribers whose service is canceled may now reconnect their service using the same user ID.

Reconnect your DIRECTV STREAM by signing into your account first:

  1. Sign into your account using the same User ID.
  2. Follow the steps to restart your service. 
    • Choose your package.
    • Add any special offers available if eligible.
    • Add a Gemini (DIRECTV) device (up to 6 per order) or to use your own equipment.
    • Follow steps to purchase device in installment (if chosen to pay in installments).
    • Choose whether to upgrade to unlimited hours on DVR.
  3. Proceed to check out.
  4. Confirm payment information.
  5. Review and accept terms and conditions.
  6. Complete order.

 

Reconnect your DIRECTV STREAM by creating an account during your shopping process:

  1. Shop on DIRECTV.com and follow the order process 
    • Toggle through available offers.
    • Select a package.
    • Add any special offers available.
        Heads Up! If you’re returning to reconnect in less than 12 months you may not be eligible for promotions (such as 3 mos. free premium).
    • Add any Gemini (DIRECTV) device (up to 6 per order).
    • Follow steps to purchase device in installment (if chosen to pay in installments).
    • Choose whether to upgrade to unlimited hours on DVR.
    • Proceed with check out where you will be asked to set up a user ID and password and accept terms of services.
    • As a returning customer, you will be prompted to use the existing user ID process.  
      • Enter your user ID and password in the existing user ID tab.
    • Once account is set up, enter your delivery address.
    • Confirm payment information.
    • Review and accept terms and conditions. 
    • Complete order. 

    Heads up! Once order is completed, the order cannot be changed.
