If your NFL SUNDAY TICKET package auto-renews for the new season and you want to cancel, you must do so on or before September 25, 2022, to receive a full refund. Cancellation requests after this date are strictly non-refundable.

To cancel online in your directv.com account:

1. Sign in to your directv.com account.
2. Select Manage My Subscription.
3. Access the Sports tab and select Remove next to the NFL SUNDAY TICKET package.
4. Once submitted you should receive confirmation on removal.
