View and manage your service appointment

If you’ve scheduled an equipment installation, you can quickly view or change your appointment online.

Sign in to your directv.com account to check the time or status of your appointment. You can also change the date and time of your installation. Same day appointment changes are not available online.

 To cancel an appointment, please call us at 800.531.5000.
