Change or update Auto Pay payment info

Use a new payment method, choose a different stored payment method, or update a debit or credit card’s expiration date.


Update Auto Pay payment info

  1. Go to Billing & Payments.
  2. Select Get AutoPay.
  3. If you want to add a new payment method, select Use a different credit card.
  4. For checking account, select Use another checking account.
  5. Enter the updated info and select Done.

Note:Your newly selected payment method should take effect on your next bill. Changing your payment method may also affect your selected AutoPay date.

When your Auto Pay update takes effect

  • If the payment method you choose is the same payment type as before, the update takes effect immediately. (Example: Updating from one checking account to another.)
  • If the payment method you choose is a different payment type, the change may take up to 2 business days. Until the change is complete, we’ll make automatic payments using your previous card or bank account. (Example: Using a credit card and change to a checking account.)
