How to cancel auto bill payments

Cancelling Auto Bill Pay

  1. Go to Billing & Payments.
  2. Select Auto Bill Pay.
  3. Select the cancel link, review changes and Submit.

Heads-up: You can’t pause AutoPay if your payment is scheduled within the next 2 days or if your service requires automatic payments.

Cancel Upcoming Payment

  1. Go to Billing & Payments.
  2. Select Auto Bill Pay.
  3. Select Cancel this payment.
  4. Review and Submit.

Tip: You’ll get a late charge if you don’t pay your bill in full by the due date.
