Troubleshoot the DIRECTV Alexa skill

You get the error “We were unable to link to DIRECTV at this time.”
When you set up the DIRECTV skill, the Alexa app or website will ask you to sign in. Be sure to enter the user ID and password you use to manage your DIRECTV account.

You can’t link your account or enable the skill
If you entered the wrong ID and password before, the incorrect sign-in info may be saved in your cache. Clear your cache, and then sign in again with the right user ID and password.
