Install a replacement DIRECTV Cinema Connection Kit

Exchange equipment and select a power supply
  1. Place the replacement DIRECTV Cinema Connection Kit (DCCK) next to the old DCCK.
  2. Move the coax cable from the old DCCK to the replacement DCCK.
  3. Move the Ethernet cable from the old DCCK to the replacement DCCK.
  4. Choose your preferred power supply from the two options, ESP-10 power supply, and USB cable. Both came with the replacement DCCK. Either work, but we recommend ESP-10. USB cable is only for use with a DIRECTV Ready TV or router with a Micro USB port.
  5. Connect the power supply. If you chose ESP-10, connect to the power port and plug it into an outlet. For the USB cable, turn on the DIRECTV Ready TV or router first and then connect the cable.
