Error code 722 indicates that your DIRECTV receiver may not have the programming info for the channel you're trying to watch.

Refresh your service

You can fix many issues by refreshing your equipment . Still seeing the error message? Try restarting your receiver.

Reset your receiver

  1. Unplug your receiver's power cord from the electrical outlet.
  2. Wait 15 seconds and plug it back in.
  3. Press the Power button on the front panel of your receiver.
  4. Wait for your receiver to reboot.
  5. If the error remains, refresh your receiver again.
