Check TV programming schedule

This message may appear if:
  • A channel is used for an event which hasn’t started, or has already ended
  • A channel is not included in your subscription package
Check the TV programming schedule to confirm the date and start time for an event.

You can also find out if the event is blacked out in your area.

Confirm channel subscription

Check the DIRECTV channel lineup to confirm the channel is in your package.

If you’d like to make any changes, see premium channels and packages.

Restart your receiver

If you’re still seeing the error message, restart the receiver:
  • Press the power button and wait for it to reboot .
  • You can also unplug it from the electrical outlet, wait 15 seconds, and plug it back in.
