Activate a replacement Genie Mini receiver

Replacement Genie Minis & Wireless Genie Minis can be activated online or by calling the automated activation line at 800.388.6597.

If you haven’t set up your replacement receiver, choose from these instructions for more info. You’ll be ready to activate after set up.

Activate a replacement Genie Mini or Wireless Genie Mini

1. Go to your Equipment page. You’ll be prompted to sign in before proceeding.
2. Under Receivers, select Activate receiver.
   
3. Follow the prompts to activate.
4. Select Continue to complete. 
   

Heads up: You can also call the automated activation line at 800.388.6597 to activate your receiver.
