Offer available to select customers only and is non-transferable. Customer must be an active DIRECTV account holder in good standing. Credit will be applied monthly for 12 consecutive months. Allow up to 60 days for credits to appear on your bill. Accounts placed on hold at the request of the account holder and accounts which are suspended are ineligible for credits during hold or suspend period. Any credits made ineligible during hold or suspend period will not be applied to future bills.
