Moving your DIRECTV service to new business address

Moving? Take DIRECTV with you to your new location.

  1. Call 888.291.2226 or your authorized DIRECTV dealer for assistance. You may be eligible for special offers when you move. For your protection, only the account owner can move service.
  2. Give us your new address and move-in date.
  3. Schedule your installation and setup at your new business location.
  4. Take TVs, receivers, and remotes to your new place but leave the DIRECTV dish installed at your old service location.
  5. If you’re renting or leasing your new business space, please complete the Landlord Approval Form to get DIRECTV installed. You will need to provide the installer with a completed Landlord Approval Form before we can install and activate your TV service.


Good to know:


  • If have an existing sports subscription, you may be required to re-submit your FCO (Fire Code Occupancy) paperwork for your new business address.
  • If you are selling your business and would like to transfer your DIRECTV service to a new owner, complete the DIRECTV for Business Change of Ownership Form and email it to the DIRECTV support team or call 888.388.4249.
