Update your DIRECTV profile
- Log in to your DIRECTV online account.
- Go to Account Profile.
- Select Profile.
- Select Change next to Recovery email, phone number, etc.
- Follow the prompts to complete.
Update your Billing & Payment information
This section allows you to update your billing information including credit card update and billing address. If you are moving your DIRECTV service, follow the steps below to change the service address.
- Log in to your DIRECTV online account.
- Go to Billing & Payments.
- Scroll down to My Payment Info.
- Select Change, to update your credit card information and Billing address.
- Click Save.
Update your Shipping address
This section allows you to update the shipping address for an item you are ordering.
- Log in to your DIRECTV online account.
- Go to Overview.
- Under My Streaming Devices, select Manage.
- Choose the device and payment.
- Select Change shipping address, to update the shipping address.
Tip: Changes may not be visible in your DIRECTV account until the next day.
