The movie doesn't seem to be about much of anything other than violence, and, in the end, the survivors don't seem to have been affected one way or another by all of it.

Child in almost constant peril; she falls down a flight of stairs, injuring her head. Many characters are killed in wildly gory ways. Gushing, spurting, spraying blood throughout.
