Much of this is intended to spark laughter as much as fear; the movie is winking at slasher movies that try to come up with "fun" ways to dismember human bodies. Topless women in a sexual situation are shown from behind and from the side. Sex is used as a harbinger of doom rather than as an erotic cinematic moment. Much talk of losing virginity.
