The Sacramento Kings were established in 1923 and are part of the Pacific Division. The Kings were originally founded in New York as the Rochester Seagrams. Several city and name changes followed before they became the Sacramento Kings upon moving to California in 1985. Some of their past names include the Cincinnati Royals, Kansas City Kings and Rochester Eber Seagrams. The Kings play their home games at Golden 1 Center, located in Sacramento, California.
