Arizona Coyotes 2023-2024 Schedule, Roster & How to Watch

The Arizona Coyotes are back for another season in the NHL and fans are ready to cheer them on. After finishing 27th in the league in the 2022-2023 season, the team is hoping to climb the rankings this year. You can check out the 2023-2024 Arizona Coyotes schedule, roster and more below to see how the team is shaping up this season.

With the new NHL season now underway and NBA coming soon, we want our customers to know a few teams have recently chosen to sell their local TV rights to new outlets, sometimes leading to different availability across their regions than before. We’re working with the teams, leagues, and new rightsholders to make games available to fans who may want them as this transition occurs.

Diamond Sports Group is discontinuing its Bally Sports Arizona operations, so that channel is no longer available. Any future NHL Coyotes national telecasts remain available on ABC, ESPN, Turner Sports, or streaming via ESPN+, Hulu, and MAX. Local telecasts remain available to customers using an over-the-air digital antenna and streaming via an expected team app currently being developed by new local rightsholder Scripps Sports.

With DIRECTV, you can also watch NHL on the networks listed below:

The Arizona Coyotes were originally founded as the Winnipeg Jets in 1972. The team moved to Arizona in 1996, first in Phoenix, until 2022 when the team temporarily moved to Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona, in a deal that will last at least three seasons. They are playing in ASU’s new 5,000-seat multipurpose arena through 2024-25. They have the option to extend the move to the 2025-26 campaign if the team’s prospective new arena in Tempe isn’t complete by then.

During the team’s history both in Winnipeg and Arizona, the team has struggled to make it to the postseason, only having reached it in 9 seasons since 2000. The last time the team qualified for the NHL post season was in the 2019-2020 season when they lost in the first round.

In an effort to build the team up, the Arizona Coyotes have drafted a number of promising players in the last few years. While the team isn’t expected to perform exceptionally well this year, players like Mitchell Miller, Dylan Guenther and Logan Cooley will hopefully be able to strengthen the team up for years to come.
